Donna K’s in Black River Falls

Food is great! Waitress was overwhelmed. 18 full tables and only two waitresses. Hope the owner gets it together and gets some more staff, hate to see this place fail because of poor service.

Great Bloody Marys! I haven't had a bad meal yet. Great burgers but I especially like the wings and grilled chicken breast. Nice gem in the metropolis of Black River Falls! Must try.

Only 2 servers for a busy morning. Food came out cold. Not impressive.

Great Brunch and Bloody Mary's. Huge portions and Rachel took great care of our family. Will definitely be back when driving through on the interstate.

Like coming here food is always good. Tonight the service was very slow and it wasn't busy. We waited for half hour just to get our drinks. The waitresses need to pay more attention to the customers. Will not be coming back!

Great flavorfull food and a reasonable price with choice of bar and grill or family dining side to restaurant.

Nice atmosphere but a little cold. The seat was uncomfortable and falling apart to the point of being dangerous. The people were very nice. The food was good and not quite just the same old thing. There chicken fingers were real white meat and I had Blue Gill which is not always available at other restaurants.

Good bar food and service. Cool old hole in the wall bar. Very nice and friendly staff. Would've been a 5 star review but the diner/bar split was weird and forced. Just be a family friendly bar..

Had Breakfast and Dinner. Stayed for a drink or two. All was very good and friendly servers/bartenders. Keep it up see you soon.

Huge burger selection, very good food! Also have a breakfast challenge, and a burger challenge. Nice staff good service.

We stopped here driving from Minneapolis to Milwaukee for a quick lunch. Great food at a great price and it was more then a generous portion. We sat in the bar and the bartender was one of the nicest people we have ever met when travelling. I would stop here anytime if I was close to the area.

All the food did not come together, one meal came. Two more meals came (fries were good, but Luke warm) and several minutes later the fourth meal came. Two of the wraps did not have the cheese they were suppose to have. Food as a whole was good and the Waitress was very good and did everything she could to make us happy.

Sitting here at Donna K's for over an hour. Our drinks are empty and have been for over a half hour. We ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and chucks burger and I wish I could tell you how the food is BUT an hour and fifteen minutes after we have orderex, I still don't know what it tastes like BECAUSE I STILL DON'T HAVE IT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE unless you have ALL DAY to wait for your food.

Food was awesome. Staff was a little tipsy and let the drama fly out. :( But food was awesome.

Stop there for breakfast was good service and good food. Coffee cups where of local wildlife. (cute idea)

Food was decent and the prices were normal. I was served a scant portion of frozen vegetables with my pork chop entree. It was weak. The sweet potato waffle fries were quite good though. The pork chop itself had good flavor but was a bit dry. They didn't ask me my temperature preference on the pork chop like they should have. I like a pork chop medium rare, just like a steak.

The food was great and usually was. Now, new menu with much more to choose from, tastes and choices from all over yet local, gives a hometown feeling, flavour, and enjoyment. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Stopped here to get a fishbowl on a Saturday(Feb.10) no bartender so we left after 5 minutes of waiting . I was hoping to give them a better review but this first visit was not good.

Great location, friendly servers, great food, I had the smoked pork chop. The best of all very reasonably priced. We stopped for the night and was very happy with Donna K's.

My friend and I came for breakfast on Sunday morning. After waiting for 1 hour and 10 minutes we still didnt have our food. According to our waitress, they hadn't even started MAKING our food. We promptly left.

Food was ok. Ate there twice, both times service was slow, food not warm. Nice atmosphere. Many people like Donna K's so maybe it was an off day.

UNFORTUNATLY CLOSED! Rumor has it the owner of the building disputed a contract. I hope they can both find peace and know that society welcomes them both. I do hope they can become again! Otherwise 5 stars

Great place to stop in downtown Black River Falls. Huge burger menu. I took my man nephew out for lunch and some time to talk. We enjoyed ourselves.I got a burger topped with a pile of stuff and Cheese Curds!! His burger had cheese, sausage patty, egg, onion, lettuce and pickles. Probably more that I am forgetting.Great bar stop as well, full offering of local brews.

Been here for a hockey tournament twice now. Food is good but service is terrible. Messed up orders and extremely slow both times. Good luck with your experience.

Good food, good price. Was 5 stars as they asked me how done I wanted my burger (med rare). It was served well done. -1 star

we were in town on some business and stopped here for lunch, best burgers. It took a little while I think because we were in the bar area of the restaurant, and the bartender was the only one staffed and they got busy would been 5 stars if they had brought staff from the restaurant half to help her. Good food. they need to update the chairs they were a little wobbly

The food was great and the service was amazing! We showed up for dinner, and they made a special exception to make my 7 year old daughter a pancake. The cook, I think the owner… Came out and asked my daughter what she wanted, and asked her to challenge him. She asked for a heart-shaped pancake, with chocolate chips if he had him. He then sent who I think was his wife, out to get two bars of Hershey's chocolate and put them in the pancake. He then cut maraschino cherries in half, and made a design around the outside of pancakes with whip cream. I recommend the Southern comfort old fashion, and the beer from the local brewery. The service was impeccable… And this is coming from a old waitress. Best place in black river falls thus far, and definitely would go back.

Friendly bartender, good drinks. Very reasonable prices. Cool ambiance. I was impressed with the food too. Try the Volcano Burger of you like spicy food. The Hangover burger was great as well. Sweet potato fries were better than the normal ones.

The chicken sandwich was delicious! The bartenders, Carlie and Brittney were attentive, friendly and fast. I will be back.

I am from out of town and my friend took me here for dinner on the dinner side... The environment was wonderful, the historic building was beautiful inside. There is plenty of space for dinning and the employees were very friendly and the service was impeccable. The prices were very reasonable and the portions are very generous also the food was incredibly hot and very quick. The selection was also very good. I look forward to dinning here again!
